Our office will charge a $50 no-show fee in the even that you fail to attend a scheduled appointment. Request for waiver of this fee must be in writing and will be based on the reason for no-show and timeliness of rescheduling.
We strongly encourage you to call or cancel during your appointment reminder message in order to avoid this fee.
We understand that sometimes scheduling is difficult or treatment is urgent. Our staff will gladly accommodate work-in and walk-in visits when Dr. Brill is in the office. Please be aware that these visits may expect longer than usual wait times because they will not take precedence over previously scheduled appointments and will be worked in based on time available and any upcoming scheduled appointments. We recommend that you call ahead to request a same day appointment to avoid long wait times.
Dr. Brill is one of the most experienced ENT Physicians in South Carolina and is known for his accuracy in diagnosing and treating illness effectively and efficiently. Most patients experience minimal time in the waiting room or before they are seen in the exam room. Please be patient if you experience the rare occasion where your wait is longer than usual. These situations are typically attributed to a patient with an urgent condition that requires immediate treatment in the office which can lead to delays.
We will schedule appointments for patients without medical insurance coverage or for patients with insurance policies for which we are out-of-network at self pay rates. New patient visits start at $150, payable at the time of service. Any diagnostic tests or procedures performed in the office will be subject to additional charges and must be paid at the time of service.
Follow up visits for established patients are at a reduced fee of $90, plus fees for diagnostic tests and/or procedures.
If recommended and you choose to pursue surgical treatment options, then you will work with our staff to schedule a date that is convenient for you. Dr. Brill has scheduled surgery times most Mondays and Tuesdays, but our staff can work with the facility scheduling coordinators and Dr. Brill's schedule for urgent cases or with enough advance notice. Surgeries are performed at Prisma Health Richland-Midlands or at Palmetto Surgery Center. Surgeries are performed in the morning.
Appointments for Botox, Juvederm, and Cosmetic Surgery Consultations are booked during normal business hours upon availability. Payment for these services is due at the time of service. Botox and Juvederm will be performed at the time of your visit.
Consultations for cosmetic surgery are not covered by insurance and must be paid at or before the time of visit. Cosmetic Surgery Consultations are $150.
Kindly give as much advance notice as possible for appointment changes. Remember that most of the appointments that we see are for patients who are currently experiencing pain and would like to be seen and treated as soon as possible. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice delay treatment for those who are in pain.

Parking on the hospital campus can oftentimes be a difficult task. Please use the lot in front of our building facing Medical Park Dr.
If no parking spaces are available, then please use the parking garage labeled "3 Parking." The entrance to the garage is located in the front parking lot. You will need to press the red Call button to request access from PrismaHealth security.
We will gladly file your claim to any in-network healthcare policy. It is your responsibility to provide your CURRENT active insurance information at the time of service. Payment is due at the time of service for co-pays and your estimated portion. Providing your insurance information does not waive your responsibility for payment of charges incurred.
We do not test or treat for communicable diseases, so please see your primary care physician for any symptoms that involve an active respiratory infection, if you have or have recently had a fever, have flu like symptoms, or have recently been exposed to or have symptoms of COVID-19.
